Food poisioning?!! Oh my word!
I am so sorry to be reading this & completely understand your misery. . one time at a small family thrown wedding I got it from the goodies the ladies had brought over. . I shall never eat HAM SALAD AGAIN

Ah, the post of the religious blogger. Not I, say I. I post when I have time and considering I don't have any, those who have stumbled upon my words, consider yourselves special.
Today I am sitting in a computer lab at school deligently trying to draw with Autocad a wood/metal truss connection to a metal beam. Here I was all last week thinking "Hey! I'm getting it!" only to be shot down by the instructor and told I'm drawing it from the wrong viewpoint. 1 week damnit! 1 week worth of wasted work and 2 weeks to go before the damn thing has to be handed it! ARGGG!!
I am in my 2nd year of BCIT's program, Architectural and Building Technology Diploma program. I failed a couple courses, not unexpected as we take 10 courses per term, and I'm happy to say that I'm not the only one who failed. I get to share my 3rd year with about half my class. Slackers you say? No way. Many a time I've pulled the 24 hour shift at this merciless school. You just don't have the time to do 100%. Considering that my program is considered THE hardest program in the entire school, our saying is "50% pass baby!".
I'm about to pack up and thought I was pop in to say hi to everyone. Happy Post-Christmas! Happy Post New Years! I'll post again when schools out. Just kidding. But don't think I'll post daily. FAT CHANCE of that.
Tonight I go home for an evening to myself. You have no idea what a novelty that is.
September 2006, I got engaged and quite unintentially, I began a wholesaleflowers and chair cover business to raise money for my wedding. Elaine's Wholesale Flowers and The Wedding Coop. www.wholesaleflowers.bravehost.com. It was SUSPOSED to be a once a week type part-time job but it appears I am doing too good of a job because I get brides constantly contacting me for flowers or rentals. My little one-day a week job has started to explode to a point where I've had to ask friends if they wanted to join in and make a few bucks. The name "The Wedding Co-op" is being passed from bride to bride. Makes me feel proud actually. So, all I have had lately is appointments with brides for wholesale flowers or chair covers, floral classes, work as an estimator and project coordinator, cleaning house, taking the dog out, fixing something, getting food and of course, getting in as much time as possible with the fiance. Considering he doesn't live with me, even that has become a chore. TV dinners appears to be a staple lately. Last Sunday I finally had a day to myself as a bride cancelled so I SLEPT...and SLEPT and SLEPT!
What was I saying? Right, an evening to myself. So, in a rare moment, for once my fiance and I will have a rare moment together. That will make a whole 2 days this week. Woo Hoo! I'm excited! I only saw him once last week.
Okay, I forget what point I was trying to make. I'll just end it here.
Have a good evening everyone.
